CHANGES TO THE GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE:

  • Starting next week Sue’s 9:30am Kick-N-Strength will be back on Mondays and Matt’s Total Body Conditioning at 9:30am will be on Wednesdays.  They will both remain in those slots on the new schedule.
  • ZUMBA is coming back to Balance!   The first class is scheduled for 6pm on Monday 9/13, conducted by Celina Gonzalez.  It will continue in that spot when the Fall Group Fitness Schedule is released.  We also plan on having a few other Zumba or Dance Fitness Cardio classes throughout the week so stay tuned for details as we finalize what we think will be a great variety of classes for Fall 2010!  Please sign up at the front desk, call or email the studio to reserve a place for the 9/13 class!
  • The reservation binder for for Cycling has been updated with the first two weeks of the new schedule.   There will be a total of 17 classes running, 3 each on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and 2 each on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 2 (30 minute) on Sunday.   Please sign up at the front desk, call or email the studio to reserve cycles!
  • TRX is getting so popular that we will be using the same reservation process as for the Cycling Classes.  The sign up sheets for the first 2 weeks of the new schedule are in the binder on the front desk.  The days and times are the same as the current schedule with the exception of the addition of 2 morning classes on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • The NEW GROUP FITNESS AND CYCLING SCHEDULE will start on 9/20!  We will continue to communicate changes as we finalize our program and put up the whole schedule as soon as it’s completed.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CYCLING CLASSES:  Please be sure to reserve your cycle through email, calling the studio or signing up at the front desk.  While drop-in’s are always welcome, you risk showing up for a class that is full or has been cancelled.  Please consult the website or contact if you have any questions.
