Changes to Group Fitness Schedule effective 1/16/12

Now that we are approaching Spring Break with Summer shortly to follow we are pumping up the Cardio Classes at Balance!

Days/Times have not changed but we have refreshed some content to bring you some new cardio workouts that we frequently incorporate into our personal training sessions.

Changes:

Tuesday & Thursday

6:00pm  Tabata (click here for info)

6:30pm  Cardio Quick Fix (cardio pot luck, trainer’s choice!)

7:0opm  Total TRX (no change)

Wednesday

6:00pm  Tabata (click here for info)

6:30pm  Cardio Quick Fix

Saturday

8:30am  Tabata (click here for info)


As always, reservations are required for Cycling and TRX classes.  Please contact the studio to save your space via phone or email.  Your name must be in the reservation log at the desk.
