Ditch the excuses. Commit (you and/or your family & friends) to 6 weeks of targeted training for better mental and physical fitness leading up to the September 22nd Philly Stadium Spartan Race at Citizen’s Bank Park.
As a team we will get ready for this race by preparing our bodies and minds to take on each of the Spartan Race Challenges. Each week we will have 2 focused group workouts that will cover a specific part of the race. On Saturday mornings we will meet at the SCH track for a “stadium workout”. Participants 14 years and older will also get access to unlimited group fitness classes to take your race prep to the next level!

Training begins Sunday, August 12th
6 weeks prior to race Saturday, September 22nd
Spartan Team Training Sessions (try to attend 2 of 3, or all 3!)
Tuesday 10:30-11:15am with Amy in the studio
Thursday 5:45-6:45pm with Alex at SCH Stadium*
Sunday 2:00-3:00pm with Jesse at SCH Stadium*
*If weather is uncooperative we will meet at the studio

The goal of BioFit Philly's YSC Program is to build strength and movement patterns that translate into clean, explosive athletic movement, in a program appropriately designed for the needs of young, developing athletes. Our athletes are meticulously tested, trained according to their unique results, and retested to determine progress along the way.
