THE BALANCED ATHLETE YOUTH SUMMER CAMP
August 13 to August 18
We have designed this camp for boys and girls (ages 11-14) to help them grow in body, mind and spirit. We want them to build their self-esteem and develop a strong sense of self by incorporating fitness, wellness, mindfulness and the importance of community into their lives in a fun and encouraging environment. In order to perform at the top level, you must be MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY tough.
Colleen Magarity and Amy Carolla have designed the BEST off season training program to help good lacrosse players become GREAT. This academy will help high school players get the competitive edge to be the best.
Athletes will train with a team of highly skilled personal trainers who will focus on strength, recovery and endurance. Then, Coach Magarity will lead the practice on the lacrosse field for an hour on Tuesday and Thursday. The training will be fast paced and designed to prepare the girls for the next level.

Tues/Thurs LAX Training to Follow, Location TBA and is an additional cost of $20 per session to Coach Magarity.

BIO FIT YOUTH SPORTS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The goal of BioFit Philly's YSC Program is to build strength and movement patterns that translate into clean, explosive athletic movement, in a program appropriately designed for the needs of young, developing athletes. Our athletes are meticulously tested, trained according to their unique results, and retested to determine progress along the way.
16 (60 minute) sessions over 6 weeks
