Spring Break Staycation at Balance

If you are staying home for Spring Break, take the opportunity to embrace family fitness! Purchase a 10 pack of classes for $99 and/or 2 - 30 minute personal training sessions at $99 each. The whole family (ages 10+) can use the class pack and up to 4 can attend the training sessions. Contact the studio if you have any questions. These specials are valid 3/25 to 4/2. Any unused portions of these specials will be forfeited if unused during this period.

Balance Broad Street Training Program

March 17th to May 5th: 8 - 60 minute track workouts every Saturday leading up to the Broad Street Run on Sunday, May 6th. Meet at the SCH track Saturdays at 9am beginning 3/17. emailing We are excited to introduce Run Coach, Eric Mobley to the Balance Family. Eric is a passionate coach with over 20 years of experience coaching at highly competitive, championship track and field and cross country programs. His background encompasses diverse experiences in developing strength and conditioning programs for athletes from the high school to the professional level with the ability to coach across multiple disciplines.

GOALS @ BCH Spring into Summer Session II – 6 week program

April 8th to May 18th: Set and achieve a 6 week fitness or health goal. We help with setting realistic and measurable goals and help break down the 6 week goal into daily habits to get you there.

B – Fit Mommy & Me – 6 week program

March 7th to April 11th
: Mommies with little ones need fitness too! Bring your babe (4-24 mos) to class, but make no mistake, this class is about Mom! Get a great strength & conditioning workout while interacting with your little one.

Wednesdays 10:30-11:15am (6 class series) $120, drop in $25/class

BioFit Youth Sports Strength & Conditioning @ Balance – 6 week program

The goal of BioFit Philly's YSC Program is to build strength and movement patterns that translate into clean, explosive athletic movement, in a program appropriately designed for the needs of young, developing athletes. Our athletes are meticulously tested, trained according to their unique results, and retested to determine progress along the way.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:30-5:30
16 (60 minute) sessions over 6 weeks

Balance Youth Sports Conditioning Summer Camps - Dates coming soon!

Our YSC Camps take our great class to the next level. For 3 hours every scheduled day we help our students gain a deeper understanding of how Goal Setting, Nutrition and Recovery impact their Strength & Conditioning development and performance for ages 12-17. Camp weeks can be prorated for $65/day. Contact the studio for details about the camp or any training needs for your student athlete.
