BALANCE "POP UP" CLASSES
Balance is BLOOMING! Classes are popping up all over!
Throughout the Spring and Summer we will be introducing some new classes as well as taking some of our old favorites outside to locations around Chestnut Hill.
Registration opens 2 weeks before each class.
B Revitalized is the same that currently exists on our schedule.
Core Assessment is NEW and everyone needs to do it! We all talk about working to get our core stronger. But what does that really mean. Dr. Robin Bandura, owner and physical therapist at OnPointe Physical Therapy will lead a hands-on interactive workshop to teach our clients how to maximize workouts by identifying individual core musculature weakness. Robin will perform a brief assessment followed by specific training principles to help reduce injury potential and ensure your training remains “on pointe”.
B Outside is our fun outdoor, PE class spin on our B Fit 45 class.

Available only to Goalies who have completed a program. Here is your chance to stay on track this summer. Enjoy unlimited group fitness classes, our supportive group chat, some fresh recipes and most importantly a check in session at the end of each month with your coach to make sure you are meeting the goals you are setting for yourself! We know you know what to do. We are here to help reinforce your good work by helping you be accountable!

BioFit Youth Sports Strength & Conditioning @ Balance – 6 week program
The goal of BioFit Philly's YSC Program is to build strength and movement patterns that translate into clean, explosive athletic movement, in a program appropriately designed for the needs of young, developing athletes. Our athletes are meticulously tested, trained according to their unique results, and retested to determine progress along the way.

Balance Youth Sports Conditioning Summer Camps - Dates coming soon!
Our YSC Camps take our great class to the next level. For 3 hours every scheduled day we help our students gain a deeper understanding of how Goal Setting, Nutrition and Recovery impact their Strength & Conditioning development and performance for ages 12-17. Camp weeks can be prorated for $65/day. Contact the studio for details about the camp or any training needs for your student athlete.
