Group Fitness Etiquette

  • Please be on time for all classes.
  • Do not enter class before the previous class has ended.
  • This is Group Exercise. Please follow the instructor.
  • You must be 14 years old to take Group Fitness classes. Please clean mats with a sprayed paper towel.
  • Please be on time. Entering a class in progress is not recommended.
  • Be considerate of other’s exercise space.
  • Keep conversation to a minimum.
  • Appropriate exercise attire must be worn.
  • Water must be in an enclosed, unbreakable container. Food is not permitted.
  • In consideration of other Members, no cell phones in the studio and we request that pagers are on silent mode.
  • We recommend the use of a towel.
  • Members may not use stereo equipment.

We request that all equipment be returned to the proper storage area.
