Group Fitness Etiquette
- Please be on time for all classes.
- Do not enter class before the previous class has ended.
- This is Group Exercise. Please follow the instructor.
- You must be 14 years old to take Group Fitness classes. Please clean mats with a sprayed paper towel.
- Please be on time. Entering a class in progress is not recommended.
- Be considerate of other’s exercise space.
- Keep conversation to a minimum.
- Appropriate exercise attire must be worn.
- Water must be in an enclosed, unbreakable container. Food is not permitted.
- In consideration of other Members, no cell phones in the studio and we request that pagers are on silent mode.
- We recommend the use of a towel.
- Members may not use stereo equipment.
We request that all equipment be returned to the proper storage area.
