CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES EFFECTIVE MONDAY 5/7

Please make note of the following changes to the class schedule effective Monday, 5/17/12:

Monday &  Wednesday 5:30pm TRX is moved to 6pm and may sometimes be conducted in Tabata format.  Monday evening’s class will be held on the training floor and Wednesday’s class will be in the classroom.

Sunday:

9-10am (60 minute) Cycling

9:30 TRX

10am (30 minute) Cycling

10am Yoga for Athletes

IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION FOR CYCLING ON SUNDAY PLEASE CONSULT THE RESERVATION LOG TO SEE IF YOUR TIME HAS CHANGED.

Starting Wednesday, March 14th - 6am Cycle and 6am AM Rush are being consolidated.

It will be predominantly run as AM Rush with the option to do a cycle/circuit dependent on what the instructor has planned.  It will be led by Val Bergman and Erika Rymsha on a rotating basis.

Changes to Group Fitness Schedule effective 1/16/12

Now that we are approaching Spring Break with Summer shortly to follow we are pumping up the Cardio Classes at Balance!

Days/Times have not changed but we have refreshed some content to bring you some new cardio workouts that we frequently incorporate into our personal training sessions.

Changes:

Tuesday & Thursday

6:00pm  Tabata (click here for info)

6:30pm  Cardio Quick Fix (cardio pot luck, trainer’s choice!)

7:0opm  Total TRX (no change)

Wednesday

6:00pm  Tabata (click here for info)

Saturday

As always, reservations are required for Cycling and TRX classes.  Please contact the studio to save your space via phone or email.  Your name must be in the reservation log at the desk.

Chestnut Hill Meals on Wheels Fundraiser Results

Thank you to all clients, friends, family and staff who participated in our Chestnut Hill Meals on Wheels Tailgate Fundraiser at Chestnut 7 last Sunday.  The event was a success and raised over $3600 for CHMOW!  We are so appreciative of our Balance Family who are always there to support our community.

Special shout out to the team at Chestnut 7 for making us feel at home!  You are awesome community partners!
