Working out in a team environment is a fun and affordable approach to fitness! Gather a group of friends and support each other through your transformations.
Here is a sample of some packages we offer:
Pace Yourself: designed for the group that desires to lose a few pounds and tone up. Includes a 5 session package of 30 minute training sessions and a 10 pack of classes for $260 per person.
Get Fired Up: designed for the group that wants to begin a fitness routine to lose weight and make a true lifestyle change. Includes a 10 session package of 30 minute training sessions and a 10 class pack for $360 per person.
Bring It: designed for the group that is devoted to immersing themselves in a personal transformation. Includes a 10 session package of 60 minute training sessions and a 10 class pack for $585 per person.
Rates are based on a 3-4 person group. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly for 2 person or private packages.
All 4 week packages will include the following:
- 30 minute free consultation
- Semi-private sessions, type, number and length determined when you set up your program.
- 10 class package: (10) 60 minute classes, which can also be broken up and used for 30 minute classes.
- Personalized nutrition and fitness coaching from a trainer specifically assigned to help guide your group through the program.
