If you are interested in trying out an inspired adventure, this is the perfect trip for you! The six week training program will get you in stellar shape to take on the interesting and beautiful terrain in Acadia National Park. We will be staying together in homes in Northeast Harbor, Maine. Each day we will hike (optional trail running), bike, and partake in yoga and active recovery with Alex B. We will also be preparing our own healthy meals.
