Create your team. With one training package you can build your custom fitness experience. We provide one on one services for every fitness discipline the studio, boxing to barre, cycling to circuit training and more! Personal training is available on a private one-on-one basis or semi-private and small group. This training can be booked in increments of 30 or 45 minutes, however custom durations are available.
