- June 10 @ 7pm: Information Session and FREE Cycle and Circuit Training Workout
- July 1 @ 6pm: BRIC Training – 30 minute cycle and a 20 minute run
- July 8 @ 6pm: BRIC Training – 30 minute cycle and a 20 minute run. Following the workout will be a nutrition seminar on “How to properly fuel and nourish your body”
- July 15 @ 6pm: BRIC Training – 30 minute cycle and a 20 minute run. Following the workout wlll be transition clinic on “The Perfect Transition”
- July 29 @ 6pm: BRIC Training – 30 minute cycle and a 20 minute run. Following the workout wlll be a questions and answers session for the SheROX

The trainers at BALANCE have put together a 10-week training plan specifically designed to help you meet your SHEROX Triathlon goal. Named Best New Gym by Philadelphia Magazine, their trainers work with some of the best athletes in the area in all different sports.
Balance’s training methodology includes a combination of strength training and endurance based training that has enabled athletes to achieve goals from completing first-time sprint triathlons to marathons all the way to racing Ironman Hawaii.
The program presents the following options:
1. 10 week Training Program (training starts 5/24/10): $120.00
- 10 Week Training program to prepare you for the SHEROX Triathlon
- 3 Yoga for athletes classes (dates to be determined by Balance)
- 3 Circuit training/TRX classes specifically designed for tri-athletes building core strength & endurance (dates to be determined by Balance)
2. Personal Training for SHEROX – Individual training plans to get you to the finish line! $72.00 per 60 minute session (at least 5 sessions recommended)
- 10 Week Training program & weekly 1 – hour personal training workout sessions that will mentally & physically prepare for the SHEROX Triathlon.
- Personal Training includes – Circuit Training, TRX Training, Core work, Brick training, indoor or outdoor rides. We will personalize it to fit your needs.
- Functional Movement Screening
- Email consultation with your coach
3. Group Fitness Classes – $12 per class (20% discount)
- Take our classes and build your core strength, flexibility & endurance while working out in a fun atmosphere. We have many classes to choose from including indoor cycling, cardio conditioning, circuit training, core conditioning, yoga for athletes and more!
