There are many ways to Balance!

Our training packages can be spread amongst different trainers and all the disciplines Balance offers. You can also designate others to share your sessions and balances are transferable to other people or services. Clients new to personal training are offered a free consultation. We pride ourselves on really getting to know our clients so we can provide the best possible support for their health and wellness.

Our Goals@BCH programs provide a comprehensive total health and wellness experience. Whether you want to lose weight, train for a race or build lean muscle mass we will help you set your goal and GET your goal.

All new clients new to our group fitness classes get to do their first class free. We welcome all levels to our classes as our trainers take great care to guide each participant to achieve their best.
