Dear Balance Community,
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Balance is expanding—both in physical space and in the services we provide!
As many of you know, Balance has been part of this community for nearly 18 years. Through it all, we’ve stayed rooted in our core values and committed to offering the highest quality group fitness, personal training, and support. Now, we’re taking the next step in what we believe is the future of health: bringing together fitness, wellness, and medicine.
This Fall, we’ll be opening an expanded version of the Balance you know and love, offering more ways to care for your whole self. We will be launching Balance.Life - a comprehensive membership program that offers
Signature group fitness and personal training
Open gym access (for the first time ever!)
Personalized wellness from our team physician
In-depth nutrition services
Recovery and performance support
That’s right—you’ll now have the flexibility to not only attend classes or train with your favorite Balance instructors, but also warm up, stay after class, or work out on your own schedule in our open gym space.
Our new facility will expand throughout the entire building and construction will begin soon. We’ll do everything we can to minimize disruption to your current routine as we grow. The first phase of construction will be taking place in the back of the building. When that is ready, current Balance operations will relocate to that area while the front part of the building is being renovated. Once opened up the two areas will be merged into one comprehensive studio. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition—we promise it’ll be worth it.
We’re also excited to be introducing Founders Memberships, available exclusively to current clients. This membership will include full access to the open gym and other services you frequently utilize. More details are coming soon, and we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
