An intense mix of classic boxing circuit training, plyometrics, calisthenics, and core exercises to tone your entire body from head to toe. This class advances muscular endurance, agility, balance, and coordination. The boxing portion includes shadow boxing, heavy bag, double end bag, hitting focus mits, and sophisticated punching instruction.
